Upcoming Workshops at Bumblefly Yoga Studios

Bumblefly yoga studio, located in Central Valley, offers daily morning and evening yoga classes as well as cultural dance like belly dancing, Zumba® and coming soon "Bollywood". The studio prides itself in being a studio for everyone, from the novice to the advanced practitioner.

They are offering some great workshops in March, beginning with "Deepening Your Practice through the Breath" led by Barbu Panaitescu, 500hr/ RYT on March 2 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. On March 3, Teodora Touzharova registered holistic coach will be leading a nutritional workshop called "Beat the Sugar Blues". On Saturday, March 16 our own Colby Borden Rolando 500hr/RYT will be leading "Embracing Courage" an inversion workshop. For details on these workshops see the calendar. We are will be beginning a new prenatal yoga session Sunday mornings from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.

Owner Arlene Kobylinski is pleased to announce the new addition to their space of infrared heat for some of our classes offering a warm room for your practice. Their schedule will reflect the heated classes.

The Healing Arts Studios in Newburgh Expands

The Healing Arts Studios is a new space located in an historic neighborhood on the Hudson, focusing on energetic healing modalities. To celebrate their expansion to a second floor, the Studios will host a Grand Opening event on Saturday, March 2 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. featuring free yoga and yoga dance classes and crystal bowl meditations.
